For all channels, you can find the guest’s contact details in the booking details in your Holidu account.
For bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com:
Those channels do not share the guest’s personal email address with us unless the guest already filled out the arrival form. We always provide you with the phone / Whatsapp number of the guests. All guests receive an arrival form from us, immediately after booking in order to fill out their contact information and check-in details. Guests tend to fill it out rather at the last minute when they’re more certain of their arrival time. If they do not do it, they receive a reminder email from us 7 days prior to check-in. If you cannot reach the guest via phone / Whatsapp and you don’t have their email address, please contact us.
