For bookings received through Airbnb and VRBO you can review guests directly from your Holidu account. You will receive an email reminding you to review the guest or you can do so directly by going to the booking of the guest you would like to review from your Holidu app.
This can be done up to 7 days after checkout. Guests who are not reviewed by homeowners will be given a positive review automatically.
You will be given the option to give your guest one to five stars and write a text with more details describing your experience as well as private feedback for the guest. In some cases the channel will round up the star count you gave the guest.
Make sure to click on “submit review” when you are done reviewing your guest. If you make a mistake you have up to one hour to edit the review, all you have to do is click on “edit”.
For Booking.com, once the clients leave a review you have the possibility to answer them through us. You can send your reservation comments to host@holidu.com and we will gladly mediate until the review is published.
On Booking.com we can always respond to reviews with no time limit. But if the property has been unpublished from this channel, this is no longer possible. The reviews on this portal are displayed for a maximum of 36 months.
For the rest of the other portals, customers can leave a review, but unfortunately, owners don't have this option.
