You can contact customer service to request to have a review deleted only if it violates the terms and conditions of the channel where the review was left. Please keep in mind that a review is a reflection of the guest’s experience during their stay and although you may not always agree with it, we are not able to request their removal without a valid reason. Use your guests’ reviews to make the experience for the next guest more enjoyable. If you believe a review violates the terms and conditions of the channels, please send us an email to host@holidu.com and make sure to include the booking number in order to check this for you.
