Guests often want to know a few more details about your property so they can make an informed decision before booking. These amenities are what guests ask our Customer Service about the most.
- Wi-Fi – is the Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and remote working?
- Pets – many guests travel with pets; if you allow pets, please specify the accepted number or type of pet
- Baby equipment – are baby cots and/or high chairs always available or can they be requested? how many? Is there an extra fee?
- Safe storage for bicycles/motorbikes – for how many? Is the storage inside/outside/sheltered?
- Early check-in/Late check-out – is there an extra charge?
- A/C – which rooms have air conditioning if it’s not in the whole property? please note: air conditioning can only be configured if it is available throughout the property
- Parking – is it at the property or nearby? Are the parking spots shared or for guests’ private use?
- Access to the property – is there step-free access, is the interior suitable for people with reduced mobility? Is there a lift in the building?
- Heated pool – is it heated all year round? Is there an extra charge?
- Shared pool – how many other guests is it shared with?
Remember that adding amenities with additional fees can be off-putting for guests, hence we recommend providing amenities at your property for free (where possible). Make sure to configure/mention these amenities if they are available at your property.
If an amenity cannot be configured, it can be included in the description text of your property or in the notes about your property.
