You can modify your contact details by logging into your account and following some simple steps.
For email address modification:
- Go to the top right corner of your account and click “More”.
- Click on “account”, scroll down to Email and click “Edit”.
- Enter your new email address and click “Save”.
For telephone number modification:
- Go to the top right corner of your account and click “More”.
- Click on “account”, scroll down to “Billing Information” and click “Edit”.
- Enter the telephone number you wish to update and click “Save”.
Please note that if your personal contact details are the same as the details for the person in charge of guest check-ins, you will need to update the information in the “Guest arrival information” section too and inform guests who have already made bookings about the change. If you don’t know how to modify the “Guest Arrival Information” details, you can follow these steps:
- In your account, select the “Configuration” tab on the upper left side.
- Scroll down to “Guest Arrival Info”.
- Click “Edit” and enter the new contact details of the person in charge of guest check-ins. When you have updated the relevant information, click “Save”. You can also edit information about the ‘key pick up’ and ‘how to arrive to the property’.
