Keep in mind that you can only request a new professional photoshoot if your property has changed, for example, a remodel. You can request to schedule new pictures by contacting your account manager. Please send your account manager an email to request the change, and make sure to include your property’s full name or ID number.
If you have repainted your property or added new furniture, please send the new pictures to be included to your account manager directly. Please keep in mind that all photos taken by Holidu's photographers cannot be edited by you (the homeowner), should you need to edit these, please contact your account manager to do so. If the picture was taken by you, you can delete the photo yourself directly from your account by selecting the photo and clicking on “delete”.
