If you are the host/owner or a property manager but would like to assign collaborator rights to a second or third person, you can grant permissions to them directly in your account.

- view & create bookings
- see the availability
- distribution & publication
Log in to your account, and select the property for which you wish to add or change a collaborator. On the left hand side scroll down to and click on “Collaborators”, and click on “Add new collaborators”. Copy the collaborator’s email address, assign rights and click on “Add collaborator”.
To remove or edit a collaborator’s rights, select the collaborator, remove or add what they can or cannot access, and click “Save”. You can also delete the collaborator by clicking on “Remove collaborator”.
Note: Please remember, only the “primary email” has access to the invoices, payouts, and account change sections. Collaborators do not have access to them.
