The onboarding fee is deducted from the first booking.
It is deducted on "property level" and is charged even if the booking is canceled.
At Holidu we work with a "balance concept". That means that, if a booking which payout was already processed gets canceled, you will not have to refund the money to Holidu. We will simply deduct that amount from your next booking.
