If you need to change or update your cancellation policy, you can do it in your Holidu account by following these simple steps:
- Log in to your Holidu account.
- Click on “Properties” in the top right-hand corner and select the property to which you want to amend the cancellation policy.
- Scroll down and on the left-hand side, click on “Cancellation policies”.
- Here you can select the booking portal in which you want to change the cancellation policy and select your preferred policy. It’s important to note that the updated cancellation policy will only be applicable to bookings made after the change and does not apply to bookings you have already received.
- Click “save” and you have successfully changed your cancellation policy.
Remember that properties with moderate cancellation policies receive between two and five times more bookings compared to properties with strict cancellation policies. Select a more flexible policy to increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of your property for guests.
